Beady Eye - Heaton Park

So after just under a year since I shot them I can finally release (after BE management approval) the images of Beady Eye supporting the The Stone Roses's at their legendary Heaton Park gig. I remember it rained really alot but it definitely did not dampen the crowd, who were having it!!

DJ Mag - B.Traits Cover Shoot

This year is my third magazine cover of the year and my 31st for DJ Mag. The cover star this month was Radio 1's B.Traits. I have to say it was one of my favourite cover shoots and Bre was lovely and did so well as it was bloody freezing whist we were shooting. We used the Oval Space in East London which is a great location. The May edition of DJ Mag is out now.

Beady Eye - Benicassim Promo

Just noticed today that Beady Eye have used one of my images from their set at the Reading Festival to promote their gig at Benicassim, which is nice :)

Groove Armada - Mixmag Cover and Press Shoot

I was commissioned by Groove Armada to shoot their new press shots and also shoot their Mixmag cover image and article shots. We had alot to fit in in one day but we did it and I'm really happy with the out come. We shot it at the Lemonade Factory in Battersea, which had an overhead shooting space, which was perfect for me to get the cover shot.  This was also my first Mixmag cover too!

I was a little disappointed that the mag did not use the retouched version of the cover image, as i am not too keen on the soft box reflection. Overall though a great shoot and the band loved them. I have added a few behind the scenes pics too, I hate heights by the way

Beady Eye - Warrington Parr Hall

I have been asked when these shots were going up as the gig was actually last June. I have had to hold back on them as Beady Eye's management did not want anything out there until they have released all the promo for the new album, which is out next month (can't wait)

The gig itself was a warm up show for their Stone Roses show at Heaton Park, in which the band were supporting. This was also the first Beady gig where the band played Oasis tunes (they did 3) and it went off big time. As you can tell by the shots that it was bloody hot in there, but really happy how the images came out. I will upload the Heaton Park shots too next week.
